The Utility <br />Committee provide direction that the cost for reclaim water should be <br />revised to include the marginal costs for energy and chemicals. Staff <br />including representatives from Public Works, Finance and Parks should <br />finalize this analysis for the determination of a final rate. <br />• Windy Gap — Mr. Peterson provided an updated on the increase in the <br />revised construction estimate for the Windy Gap Firming Project. These <br />costs are still highly competitive when compared to other water rights and <br />is still a viable and important project. Mr. Peterson concluded that costs <br />will not be definitively until the project is bid. <br />X. Upcoming Projects and Council Action <br />• Louisville Pipeline Control Vault Construction and Consulting Water <br />Engineers Contract were moved to the February Council meeting. <br />• Out of City Water connection — Water tap fees and charges are charged <br />double for all out of City connections. Councilmember Stolzmann request <br />this be a discussion item for the upcoming meeting on rates. <br />• SWSP Design is scheduled for 2019 and Construction set for 2020. <br />• SCWTP Building Upgrades — also scheduled for 2019 and is within the <br />budget amounts. <br />XII.
