Staff will engage a fiber <br />engineering firm to assess the City's current <br />middle mile infrastructure and develop a scope <br />of work for a phased build -out and enhancement <br />plan for future middle mile improvements. <br />Council budgeted $200,000 for this work in <br />2019.
