Hughes <br /> <br />Jeffer~ moved that the AuthO~ aPPrOVe the Mana er,s Re istrati~Chan ~ Form for Coal <br /> g g g Creek GOlf <br />Course from Jo~ Ott to James H, Haghes, seconded by Kimmett. <br /> <br />AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Motion to Approve Stipulation and Agreement Concerning Show Cause Order <br />Issued to Pine Street Inn, Inc. d/b/a White Front Inn - 935 Pine Street - Louisville, <br />CO 80027 <br /> <br />Steve Barnett, Attorney in the building with Rautenstrauss and Joss, representing the City in regards to <br />the Show Cause Order. Mr. Barnett is representing the City in this case due to a conflict that Mr. Joss <br />had. <br /> <br />Mr. Barnett gave a brief summary of his contact with Norm Seader the owner of White Front. The <br />ownership and management were very cooperative, and very apologetic and were anxious to get the <br />matter behind them and were very receptive to the terms of the proposed settlement. The Authority <br />Attorney drafted the text of the document before the Authority. The "Stipulation and Agreement <br />Concerning Show Cause Order" issued to White Front has been signed.
