POLICE DEPARTMENT'S REPORT

Sgt. Ragulsky gave an overview of the After-Prom Party and that it was a huge success. There were no
problems or calls and no alcohol violations. The party lasted until 5:00 a.m. There were no calls the
entire weekend of graduation.

The only incident that occurred was the purchase of alcohol by an individual with a valid Colorado
drivers license that had false information on it. This is not considered a violation of the liquor code, it is
a felony violation.

Jeffers had requested at the last meeting that Sgt. Ragulsky give the Authority an update if the police
department found out whether there was a keg party a couple of months ago and if they found out where
that keg came from.

Ragulsky was unaware of that information. Ragulsky was unaware of any confiscation of tagged kegs
from underage parties.

SECRETARY'S REPORT

Secretary has left a message with Union Jack regarding there modification of premises and has not heard
from them at this time.

AUTHORITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT

NONE

AUTHORITY COMMENTS

NONE

ADJOURNMENT

Lipton moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by E~ans.
