PROGRAM/SUB-PROGRAM IMPACT: <br />The sub -program objective for the water utility is to operate and maintain facilities <br />efficiently. The renovation of the administrative area will upgrade the facility to modern <br />office standards. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends City Council award Baseline Engineering Corporation the design of <br />the Sid Copeland Water Treatment Plant Administration Building Project in the amount of <br />$145,500, authorize staff to execute project change orders up to $14,500 and authorize <br />the Mayor, Public Works Director, and City Clerk to execute contract documents. <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
