Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:32 pm. <br />2. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Seth Adams, Dan Delahunty, Allison <br />Johanson, Laura Levesque-Catalona. Marianne Martin, Mark Persichetti, <br />Meliane Dubin City Council Liaison Jay Keany, City Sustainability Coordinator <br />Katie Baum, City Facilities Manager Jorge Calderon, Visitors: Debbie Fahey <br />3. Approval of current meeting Agenda: Approved with no changes <br />4. Approval of the February 2019 Meeting Minutes: Approved with no changes <br />5. City Staff Updates: <br />Katie (Sustainability Specialist) <br />i. Green celebration Feb 21 st at the golf course went well. Slightly <br />different format this year but it was well received. <br />ii. April 9" Green business breakfast. The Superior, Louisville and <br />Lafayette chamber of commerce will host. <br />iii. April 16' marketing green business in Lafayette <br />iv. June 15" Louisville water conservation. <br />v. Staff approved to move forward with trash removal using Republic. <br />Service will remain the same. Embedded pricing. Trash size <br />determines price. June 1st open house Republic will have a booth <br />vi. Additional receptacles added to the town for 2019. Recycling and <br />compost. Purchasing spring of 2019. <br />vii. Earth Day - Tote bags. Available at town hall, library, city park. <br />viii. Town applied for a level 2 "charge ahead" grant for this summer <br />ix. Resource central programs & audits available from the town. Allison <br />mentioned last year was difficult process on the smart meters. <br />x. New communication coordinator job posted. Formal offer is going to <br />be sent out to the applicate that has been chosen. <br />6. City Council Liaison Update: N/A <br />7. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />i. Deb Fahey: Comments to council. Switching to LED lights, turning <br />off lights during Earth hour.
