RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH <br />BOULDER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR STAGING OF THE STATE <br />HIGHWAY 42 UNDERPASS PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the State Highway 42 underpass project, the City has <br />negotiated a revocable license agreement with Boulder County Housing Authority ("BCHA") to <br />allow the City and its contractors to stage construction equipment on vacant property owned by <br />BCHA, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Revocable License <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO- <br />Section 1. That certain Revocable License between the City of Louisville and Boulder <br />County Housing Authority, which authorizes the City and its contractors to stage construction <br />equipment during construction of the underpass at the intersection of State Highway 42 and the Lake <br />to Lake Trail, and a copy of which Revocable License accompanies this Resolution, is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Revocable License, and the Mayor is <br />hereby further granted the authority to negotiate and approve such revisions to said Revocable <br />License as he determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Revocable License are not altered. <br />Section 3. The Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and City staff are further authorized to <br />do all things necessary on behalf of the City to perform the obligations of the City under the <br />Revocable License. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2019 <br />A 1"1'EST <br />—?
