Mr. Yen gave an overview of his background. Mr. Yen came to the United States in 1982 and in 1983 <br />started a restaurant and bar business in Denver until 1991, when Mr. Yen moved to Boulder and opened <br />up the Peking Restaurant which he closed when his lease expired December of 1995. Mr. Yen has <br />resided in Louisville for approximately five years and has been looking for a place to open in Louisville <br />and found the White Front for sale. <br /> <br />Mr. Yen has attended the TIPS classes in Boulder and also sent all his bartenders to attend those classes. <br />Mr. Yen and his available bartender will attend the Louisville training class on Wednesday. The <br />assistant manager from his previous business will be working at Henry's four nights a week, this person <br />worked for the Broker for ten years before she went to work for Henry for five years. This person will <br />be Henry's assistant manager. Henry has hired a bouncer to check I.D.'s and to take care of other things <br />because weekends are so busy. <br /> <br />Mr. Yen is expanding the menu emphasizing Chinese dishes as well as others to try to change the <br />current cliental. <br /> <br />Authority member Morris asked whether Mr. Yen was planning on having live music at the bar.
