Discussion/Motion - Public Hearing for New Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License <br />w/Extended Hours <br /> <br />Brinker Restaurant Corp. d/b/a Chili's Grill & Bar, Inc. <br />585 McCaslin Blvd. <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />SECRETARY: <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />LIPTON: <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />I will open the public hearing on the application of Chili's Grill & Bar for a Hotel & <br />Restaurant liquor license with Extended Hours at 585 McCaslin Blvd., Louisville, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current Bylaws of the Authority. <br /> <br />The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. <br /> <br />The application is for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license with Extended Hours. I have <br />provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application <br />is complete. A "Master File" for Fingerprint reports are on file with the State and a letter <br />from the State is included in the application. Public notice of this hearing has been <br />posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of any reason that <br />would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Are there any Authority member discloiures? <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the <br />current boundaries of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Does anyone present object to the boundaries of the neighborhood being the current <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville? If not, we will proceed with the hearing. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />I move that the complete application be made a part of the record of this hearing.
