Under state law, you must consider the character of the applicant, <br />the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood for this type of license, the desires of <br />the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood, and the number, type, and availability of other <br />similar outlets in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Will the applicant please come forward, state your name and address for the record, and <br />take the oath. <br /> <br />Robert Dill, representing the corporate applicant, I am an attorney, with me is the Mr. <br />Kelley Tynan who is the area director if you'd like him to come forward and take an oath. <br /> <br />Kelley Tynan, my address is 939 South Ellipse, Denver, CO 80209. <br /> <br />Please raise your right hand. Do you solemnly swear or affirm under penalty of perjury <br />that the testimony you are about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but <br />the truth? <br /> <br />TYNAN: I do. <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />Would you make your presentation please? <br /> <br />Attorney for the applicant questioned Mr. Tynan. Mr. Tynan gave an overview of Chili's history and <br />the reasons they selected Louisville as a site. Alcohol sales represent between 12 to 14 percent of their <br />total sales. Chili's has an extensive training program for all servers and bartenders, this training program <br />lasts approximately 4½ days, a segment of that training is regarding alcohol awareness and responsible <br />serving of alcoholic beverages. <br /> <br />CHAIR: <br /> <br />Does any interested party in the audience have questions of the applicant? <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />JEFFERS: <br />TYNAN: <br /> <br />Do any members of the Authority have questions of the applicant? <br /> <br />Has a manager been selected? <br /> <br />It is not confirmed but our managing partner, which is a tenured level general manager <br />who is currently at our Greeley location, has been slated to open the store here in <br />Louisville.
