Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. <br />2. Roll Call: (Members present in bold): Seth Adams, Dan Delahunty, Allison <br />Johanson, Laura Levesque -Catalano. Approval of current meeting Agenda: Approved with no changes <br />4. Approval of the March 2019 Meeting Minutes: Approved with no changes <br />5. City Staff Updates: <br />Katie (Sustainability Specialist) <br />a) The City's Green Business breakfast took place on April 9th with City staff, <br />PACE, Xcel Energy and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce in attendance. <br />The breakfast covered PACE and Xcel Energy rebates and resources <br />highlighting the Louisville Green Business Program. There were 19 attendees <br />from Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont and Superior. <br />b) Green Business workshops will take place throughout the year. <br />i. April 16th — Marketing your Green Business. Acreage by Stem <br />Ciders, 1380 Horizon Ave, Lafayette, CO 80026 ❑ 22 already <br />RSVP'd <br />ii. May 9th - Electric Vehicle Charging Station Workshop & EV Test <br />Drive. Confluence Small Business Collective, 75 Waneka Parkway, <br />Lafayette, CO 80026 E 20 already RSVP'd <br />iii. June 18th — Water Conservation for Businesses. 8:30 — 10:00 am <br />@ Louisville South Water Treatment Plant. • Data collection and <br />benchmarking energy usage with Xcel Energy continues. Data to <br />begin goal setting and trend analysis will be available to staff before <br />or by April 19th for quarterly Energy Future Collaboration meeting. <br />Dan Delahunty offered to discuss regulation aspect. Agreement <br />that desirable audience would be Facility Managers. Perhaps poll <br />audience in advance to better tailor the discussion. <br />c) For Earth Day, the City will be running a tote bag campaign.
