Morris called for any comments or motion on the Consent Agenda. favor AUTHORITY BUSINESS Motion to Approve Stipulation and Agreement Concerning Show Cause Order Issued to Hei Han Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Henry's Bar & Grill - 935 Pine Street - Louisville, CO 80027 Steve Barnett, special prosecutor representing the City of Louisville in the Show Cause hearing for Henry's Bar & Grill, presented the Authority with a Motion to approve stipulation and agreement concerning show cause order. Mr. Barnett informed the Authority that Mr. Yen had been very cooperative and had no problems with the stipulation. Morris called for any additional comments, questions or a motion. Dillon MORRIS: I will open the public hearing on the application of White Lodging Services Corporation d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott - Louisville for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license w/extended hours at 948 W. Dillon, Louisville, Colorado. The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current Bylaws of the Authority. The Secretary to the Authority has a few comments. SALAS: The application is for a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license. I have provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is complete. Fingerprint reports have been received and are included in the application. Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application. MORRIS: Are there any Authority member disclosures? NONE.
