Firegrill 2100, Inc. d/b/a Firegrill Hotel & Restaurant License w/Extended Hours 575 McCaslin Blvd. Evans: I will open the public hearing on the application of Firegrill 2100, Inc. cl/b/a Firegrill for a Hotel & Restaurant w/Extended Hours liquor license at 575 McCaslin Blvd., Louisville, Colorado. The hearing will follow the procedures set out in the current Bylaws of the Authority. The Secretary to thc Authority has a few comments. Authority Secretary: Thc application is for a Hotel & Restaurant w/Extended Hours liquor license. I have provided copies of the complete application to each Authority member. The application is not complete. Fingerprint reports [have not] been received and [are not] included in the application. There is no manager registration form included in this packet. Public notice of this hearing has been posted and published in accordance with state law. I am not aware of any reason that would require the Authority to deny the application.
