Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 14, 2018 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />Ulm added that he thought there would be several projects that would come out of the <br />survey. <br />Dickinson noted that the additional funds for museum projects should also be on the <br />Commission's radar. <br />Thomas suggested conducting an end -of -year report on the Historical Commission's <br />activities with the Fund. <br />Zuccaro confirmed that they were receiving the funds as of 2019 and they were <br />planning to use the funds for two part-time staffing positions immediately. <br />ITEMS FROM STAFF <br />Posting Locations <br />The Historic Preservation Commission must acknowledge the following by acclamation: <br />Establish the following locations for posting of agendas: <br />• City Hall <br />• Library <br />• Recreation/Senior Center <br />• Police Department/Municipal Court <br />• Web site: www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />Open Government Pamphlet <br />Commissioners received a copy of the 2019 Open Government Pamphlet in their staff <br />packets. <br />Thomas moved to approve the posting locations and open government pamphlet as <br />presented. Dickinson seconded. Voice vote. All in favor. <br />Meeting Dates and Locations <br />Regular meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of every month in Council <br />Chambers (2nd floor of City Hall, 749 Main Street.) January 14th is a special meeting <br />date. <br />Election of Officers, Historical Commission Liaison <br />The officer positions are Chairperson, Vice -Chairperson, and the Historical Commission <br />Liaison. <br />Ulm nominated Haley for chair renewal. Thomas seconded. Voice vote. All in favor. <br />Dickinson volunteered for Vice -Chair. Dunlap moved to approve Dickinson as Vice - <br />Chair. Thomas seconded. Voice vote. All in favor. <br />
