ILA City of <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 187 <br />Recreation Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 20, 2019 <br />Recreation Center <br />900 West Via Appia <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Norgard called the meeting to order at 6:38. <br />Roll Call was taken. Results follow: <br />Board Members Present: Rich Bradfield, Christin Hueston, Gene <br />Kutscher, Angie Layton, Lisa Norgard, Michele Van Pelt <br />Board Members Absent: Audrey Debarros, Brett Nickerson <br />Staff Members Present: Ginger Cross, Kathy Martin, Nathan Mosley <br />Council Members Present: Jeff Lipton <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Motion: Bradfield <br />Second: Van Pelt <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the April 22, 2019 meeting <br />were approved by all members. <br />Motion: Layton <br />Second: Norgard <br />Public Comments — None <br />City Council Update — Jeff Lipton summarized relevant items. <br />• The City Council Finance Committee is continuing to investigate the impact <br />of the Recreation Center sales tax and what to propose about it in light of <br />needs and sales tax trends. <br />• Staff should be encouraged to promote whatever is necessary to complete <br />all aspects of the Recreation Center. <br />City of Louisville <br />Parks & Recreation Department 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4903 (phone) 303.335.4738 (fax) www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
