Recreation Advisory Board <br />Minutes <br />March 18, 2019 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Dashboard Subcommittee <br />• Kathy Martin and Nate Mosley presented the latest iteration of the <br />Recreation Center Dashboard. General response was that it was a <br />significant improvement. Rich Bradfield pointed out, to wide agreement, <br />that refinements are still necessary so that it better tells a smoothly flowing <br />story of the financial picture. Suggestions were put forward by the <br />committee. <br />Construction and Punch List Update <br />• Kathy Martin discussed the current readiness of the Memory Square Pool, <br />soon to open. <br />• She also reported on the status of the recreation Center punch list, with <br />emphasis on landscaping, tennis court repairs and sun amelioration for <br />the west -facing second floor. Jeff Lipton asked for an exploration of <br />sophisticated controls for the proposed blinds. <br />• Nate Mosley distributed a tentative punch list/new items list that would <br />enhance the Recreation Center. This list was prioritized by the staff. He <br />asked the Committee to comment on and add to the list in time for a <br />discussion at our next meeting.
