Mayer wanted a use restriction note attached to the SRU or the PUD. He was concerned about the <br />access. He wanted a clearer landscaping plan concerning particularly the evergreens when this comes <br />back to Council. <br /> <br />Sisk asked what ALS's community commitment was. <br /> <br />Thomasch stated that they encourage community interaction and making community presentations <br />on Alzheimers and Dementia care. <br /> <br />Sisk was concemed about the vinyl siding with mock brick or stone. He wanted wood siding and real <br />brick or stone. He asked them to address the traffic flow to and from the site. He wanted the <br />applicants to have one-on-one conversations with the neighbors to the north, Copper Ridge <br />apartments and the neighbors to the east. <br /> <br />Howard was also concemed about the traffic flow to and from the site, especially emergency vehicles. <br />He also agreed with Mayer on the landscaping plan, the evergreens. <br /> <br />Keany was concerned about emergency access to the facility. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council send this on to the Planning Commission, seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />CARLSON ANNEXATION - PUBLIC HEARING - 2.5 ACRES SOUTH OF AVISTA <br />HEALTH PARK AND WEST OF SOUTH 88TH STREET (APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED <br />WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION AND VACATION OF HEARING) <br /> <br />Sam Light, Griffiths & Tanoue, stated that the applicant had requested withdrawal of the annexation <br />application and petition to zone the property and vacation of the public hearing for the 12.5 acres. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council vacate this hearing, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that this Thursday and Friday staff' would be involved in <br />interviews for the Human Resources Director. It will be a two day process. Next Tuesday's Work <br />Session will be devoted to the Budget, reviewing Planning, Community Development, and Building <br /> <br /> <br />
