Section 17 16 237 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of new subsection H to read as follows (words to be added are underlined) Sec 17 16.237 Retail marijuana establishments H. The total combined square footage of all licensed retail marijuana cultivation facilities operating in the City shall not exceed one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) square feet of building area. I. No retail marijuana cultivation facility shall, at the time it is established and first licensed by the City, be located within 1,250 feet of any property zoned for residential uses Section 14.
