Carol Warembourg was born in 1934 and grew up nearby at 397 County Rd. on the other side of the neighborhood of Frenchtown. Her father's parents were from France. She married Ralph Koch, then was widowed in 1966. In 1969, Carol remarried to Wilbur Johnston. In directories from the 1970s to the 1990s, 213 Roosevelt was listed as being the residence of Carol's father, Arthur Warembourg (1910-1998). Louisville directories from the 2000s indicate that it then became a rental property. In 1991, Carol Koch Johnston conveyed the property at 213 Roosevelt into the Carol Koch Johnston Living Trust, with herself as trustee. In 2010, she, as trustee, conveyed ownership of the property to 213 Roosevelt LLC, which had the same address as herself. In 2018, Carol Warembourg Koch Johnston passed away. The current owner of record on the Boulder County website is still 213 Roosevelt LLC.
