When Frank Hocheder, Sr. died in 1947, his widow, Anna Gutfelder Hocheder, inherited the <br />house along with their children, who then conveyed their property interests to her. She <br />continued to live in the house. Upon the death of Anna Gutfelder Hocheder in 1963, their <br />children inherited the farm and farmhouse. <br />Of the next generation, Frank Hocheder, Jr. was most closely connected with the farm and <br />farmhouse. In 1944, he had married Agnes "Betty" Clyncke (1926-2011). She was born in <br />Boulder County and grew up on the nearby Clyncke family farm in Louisville. Her father's family <br />was Belgian and her mother was a member of the Stengel family who came from Germany. <br />Frank and Agnes's children were Ronald, Patty (Kneebone), and Albert. <br />The following photo and ground layout image are from the 1965 County Assessor card: <br />3 <br />
