This photo of Frank Hocheder, Jr. by the house at 307 Eisenhower accompanied the October 28, <br />1984 Daily Camera article about the farm: <br />In 1988, Frank Hocheder, Jr. transferred ownership of 307 Eisenhower to himself and his wife, <br />Agnes. He died the following year, in 1989. His obituary stated that he had worked as a coal <br />miner and that he spent all of his working life on the family farm. When Frank Hocheder, Jr. <br />died, his heirs were his wife and three children. In 1995, the children conveyed their property <br />rights in the house to their mother, Agnes Clyncke Hocheder. She continued to live in the <br />house. She passed away in 2011. <br />Current Owner <br />Following the death of Agnes Clyncke Hocheder in 2011, her estate's personal representative, <br />her son Ronald, transferred ownership of the house at 307 Eisenhower to his sister Patty's <br />daughter, Shelley Kneebone, in 2012. She is the granddaughter of Agnes and Frank Hocheder, <br />Jr. and the great-granddaughter of Anna and Frank Hocheder, Sr. She is the current owner of <br />record. <br />The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census <br />records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and obituary <br />records. <br />5 <br />
