Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />July 22, 2019 <br />Page5of6 <br />A. Incident Report — Mudrock's — 2/17/19 <br />Chairperson Machado summarized the incident. He noted the State Liquor <br />Enforcement Division helped with the investigation. The State alleged four <br />violations, serving to a visibly intoxicated person, denial of access to records, <br />allowing a visibly intoxicated person to stay on the premises and lying about <br />ability to find the receipts. <br />Authority members discussed the incident and whether there was reason to order <br />a show cause hearing. <br />Lipton moved the Authority order a show cause hearing on all four alleged <br />charges for the August 26, 2019 meeting and appoint a special prosecutor. <br />Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />B. Incident Report — Henry's/Tilt — 6/14/19 <br />Chairperson Machado summarized the incident. There was a fight in the street <br />between the two establishments. Sergeant Redard remarked if this had been <br />called in at the beginning it may have avoided the escalation. Lipton asked who <br />made the call to the police. It was determined it was the bouncer at Henry's. <br />Brown moved to order a show cause for Henry's for failing to report a <br />disturbance. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />Carlson moved to order a show cause for Tilt for serving a visibly intoxicated <br />person. Brown seconded. All in favor. <br />Authority members decided to hear these September 23, 2019. <br />C. Incident Report — Por — 7/6/19 <br />Machado reviewed the incident. A patron had been refused service at <br />Huckleberry and he went across the street to Por and was served alcohol. <br />Lipton moved to order a show cause hearing for Por serving to a visibly <br />intoxicated person on September 23, 2019. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />D. Incident Report — Lulu's/Waterloo/Henry's — 6/17/19 <br />This incident involved a couple drinking at Waterloo and Lulu's and ending up at <br />Henry's. Sergeant Redard noted the female had a very high blood alcohol count. <br />Lipton moved the Authority a show cause hearing for Henry's serving to a visibly <br />intoxicated person. Brown seconded. All in favor. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson noted the attendance at the June 23, 2019 seller/server training. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />
