Next Steps <br />Research is currently being conducted on different communication tools including a Mobile App <br />with push notifications, Dynamic Fitness Schedules for the website and Fitness Schedules on the <br />lobby TV. Providers include GroupExPro, Reach Media, and NetPulse. A proposal from one <br />Reach Media is attached and a few questions and answers about their product are at the end of <br />this document. Three Recreation Centers that are currently using the Reach Mobile App if you <br />would like to see an example are: <br />• Tulane University Campus Recreation <br />• City of Maryland Heights <br />• ParkerRec.com <br />We would like RAB's input on the information above, what improvements they would like to see <br />in our the Recreation & Senior Center communication and feedback if they feel a mobile app <br />would be beneficial to patrons and the Recreation & Senior Center. <br />11 <br />
