Recreation Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 22, 2019 <br />Memory Square Pool Tour <br />6:00 PM <br />Recreation Center <br />900 West Via Appia <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Norgard called the meeting to order at 6:38. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Rich Bradfield, Audrey DeBarros, Christin <br />Heuston, Gene Kutscher, Angie Layton, Lisa Norgard, Michele Van Pelt <br />Board Members Absent: Brett Nickerson <br />Staff Members Present: David Baril, Paul Borth, Kathy Martin, Nathan <br />Mosley <br />Council Members Present: None <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Motion: Kutscher <br />Second: DeBarros <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — The minutes from the May 20, 2019 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br />Motion: DeBarros <br />Second: Van Pelt <br />Public Comments — None <br />City Council Update <br />• Nathan Mosely highlighted aspects of the City Council retreat relating to <br />anticipated sales tax trends and the Phillips 66 proposal. <br />2 <br />
