City Council <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />October 7, 2008 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br />Mayor Sisk asked how the policy would be dispersed. City Manager Fleming <br />stated it would be placed on the City's Web Page, incorporated into the <br />employee handbook, included in infi~rmation materials given to the advisory <br />board members and included in the annual open government training sessions. <br />MOTION: Councilor Dalton moved 'the Public Involvement Plan be approved, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Marsella. All in favor. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mayor Sisk reported the Legal Committee met to discuss the City Attorney's <br />request to increase his fee schedule: in 2009. The Legal Committee will <br />recommend City Council approve the City Attorney's 2009 fee agreement. The <br />Legal Committee also discussed thE: fee schedules for the Water Attorney, <br />Prosecuting Attorney and the Municipal Judge. He reminded Council of the <br />Monday, October 13, 2008 joint session with the Louisville Revitalization <br />Commission at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers. He also reported the Planning <br />Commission is completing their review of the Comp Plan update and it will be <br />before the Council for their review ins late October or November. There is also a <br />meeting on October 23, with RTD Director Cat Marsella, to discuss FasTracks. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilor Sackett moved for adjournment, seconded <br />Clabots.
