The Commission meets the second Monday of each month <br />at 7:30 am. Terms are five years. You must be a resident of Louisville to apply. <br />PLEASE PRINT OR TYPE YOUR ANSWERS TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS in <br />the space provided and return this questionnaire with your application to the City <br />Clerk's Office (749 Main Street) or email it to MeredythM@LouisvilleCO.gov. <br />Please limit each answer to no more than 300 words. <br />1. Briefly explain your interest in serving on the Revitalization Commission. <br />I am interested in continuing service on the Revitalization Commission to ensure our small town <br />character continues to be enriched by development which complements and enhances the architecture, <br />uses, and prosperity of the community. <br />2. What background do you have with urban renewal or tax increment <br />financing projects? <br />I have six months of somewhat immersive experience through my service to the Commission in the <br />important analysis of Terraces oin Main. My previous experience was incidental to development <br />projects occuring in the local governments I have worked for since TIF became a tool in Colorado. <br />20 <br />
