<br /> BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
<br /> TOWN OF LOUISVILLE:
<br /> Sec. 1. The 'Board of Trustees
<br /> shall, as soon as practicable after its
<br /> organization in each year appoint a Received Payment
<br /> duly qualified and licenced physician'
<br /> as physician to the Board of Health; PROOF OF PUBLICATION.

<br /> cases in said Town, whethett of dis-
<br /> ablement of any person of the ill-
<br /> iness of, any person supported at the
<br /> public expense in said Town, as may
<br /> be required of him by the said
<br /> Board of Health or any member
<br /> thereof or of any member of the
<br /> Health Committee of the Board of
<br /> Trustees, and shall, when required
<br /> by the Board of Trustees, without
<br /> additional compensation_ than as
<br /> herein provided, make examination
<br /> of any person as to any injury
<br /> claimed by any such person to be due
<br /> to default or neglect of the said
<br /> Town, and shall make a report
<br /> thereof fib the Board of Trustees at
<br /> its next meeting. And such Health
<br /> Officer shall in general be active In
<br /> the effort to preserve and improve
<br /> the healthfulness of the Town of
<br /> Louisville, and shall examine into
<br /> and report upon all instances of nui-
<br /> sance and filth observed by him or
<br /> reported to him and which in his
<br /> judgement, require the action of
