MVP r , <br /> by him or reported- to- him- and'which in his judgement; require- the <br /> ic <br /> action bf the Board of Health; and -shall in general, co-operate <br /> er ,te <br /> 5 <br /> with the Board of Health and- the' Health" Committee of ' the 'Board of <br /> Trustees and with" the Town Marshal in securing a practical dis- <br /> charge of his functions. <br /> Section 4. The Board of Trusteed shall, with the publication of <br /> the monthly reports of the officers of the Town as now required, <br /> also publish a summary of said monthly report of its said Health <br /> Officer. <br /> Section 5. In the judgement of the Board of Trustees the foregoing <br /> ordinance is a measure preservative of public health of the Town <br /> of Louisville; and f urther ' that its provisions should become ap- <br /> plicable to the apointee as health officer selected by the Board <br /> of 'Trustees after its organization following the municipal election <br /> of 1912. It is therefore declared that the same shall become eff- <br /> ective immediately upon the due and legal' publication thereof. <br /> Section 6. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br /> with are hereby repealed. <br /> Introduced, read, adopted and ordered published in -the Louisville <br /> News, this 12th day of April, 1912. <br /> Thomas H.
