any riotors or disorderly conduct , fighting, quarreling, profane, obscere or offensive language therein or permit therein the viola- tion of any Ordinance of the Town of Louisville or the law of the State of Colorado now in force or as may be hereinafter enacted without taking immediate and effectual means of quelling and stopp- ing any and all of such acts. SUBSECTION 3. In addition to any all other penalties now provided by the Ordinances of the Town or which may hereafter be enacted for the punishment of any of the acts of omission or commission mention- ed in Subsection ( 2) hereof, upon conviction of any such violation for the first offense shall subject the licensee to a suspension of his license for the term of fifteen days, notice of which conviction shall forewith be given by the Police Magistrate before whom such conviction was had, and there upon an order of suspension may be made by the Board of Trustees without further hearing and same shall be entered upon 'the minutes of the Town, subject to the right of appeal from such conviction by the licensee to the County Court. Likewise upon conviction in any other court or any of the acts of omission or commission mentioned in said Subsection, ( 2) hereof which may be contrary to the laws of the tt ,te of Colorado, knowledge or notice of which is brought to the attention of the Board of Trustees II a likewise order of' suspension may be made without further hearing to the Licensee. Upon conviction of a second offense and for the violation of said Subsection ( 2) whether such conviction is for the identical act or acts on which the first conviction was had or not and upon convic ion in any other court a second ti - me for violation of any of the acts' of omission or commission herein before mentioned which are contrary to the laws of this State shall subject licensee to a for- eiture pp his licerisp and revocation of which. shalll be. by resolu- tion of the oar o Trustees made and enterea in the min tes o the Town, and the same may be made and entered after notice to the licensee and hearing by the Board subject to any pending appeal L from conviction after revocation of the license of any licensee , shall not t1ereafter be renewed or reissued to such licensee r to any person or him directly or indirectly, within the space of one year no part of the license fee paid shall be refunded to such licensee upon such revocation. Upon such revocation of such licen- see- no new or other license shall be issued to any other person to .carry on or operate any of the kinds of business mentioned in said Section 24 unless upon resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Town. SUBSECTION 4. Except for the penalties herein provided or as may be provided by any other Ordinances of the Town, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to affect any person now holding a license from the Town under Section 24 prior to this amending Ordinance but some shall continue to the date of its- experacian.
