Said bonds shall be, regist- erable, at the option of the Holder, as to principal only. Section 2.' That the said bonds and the coupons thereto attached shall be in substantially the following form: UNITED STATES OF, AMERICA STATE OF COLORADO COUNTY OF BOULDER TOWN OF LOUISVILLE Town of Louisville, Colorado, Waterworks Improvement Bond, Series 1936 No. $500.00 The Town of Louisville in the County of Boulder, and State of Colorado, acknowledges itself indebted and hereby promises to pay to the bearer hereof or the registered owner, in case this bond is registered, the sum of 'FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS on the first day of June A.D. 19---, with interest thereon at the rate of five per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, on the first day of June and the first day of December in each year, upon present- ation and surrender of the annexed coupons as they severally be- come due, both principal and interest being payable at the office of the Town Treasurer; in the Town of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, in such funds as are, on the respective dates of pay- ment of the principal 'of and interest of this bond, legal tender for , debts due the United States of America. This bond .s issued by the Board of Trustees of Town of Louisville for the purpose of, supplying said town with water, under the authority of and in 'full conformity with the Constitution of the State of Colorado, the provisions of Chapter CLXXITl, Compiled Laws of Colorado, 1921, and all acts 'amendatory thereof and sup- plemental thereto, and pursuant to an ordinance of said town duly adopted, published and made a law of said town prior to the issuance of this bond; and it is hereby certified and recited that all the requirements of law have been fully complied with by the proper officers in the issuance of this bond, and that the total debt of the town, including that of this bond, does not exceed any limit of indebtedness prescribed by the constitution or laws of the State of Colorado, and that the provision has been made for the levy and collection of an annual tax sufficient to p'ay the interest on this bond and also discharge, the principal thereon when the same becomes due. The faith and credit of the Town of Louisville are hereby pledged for the punctual payment of the principal of and the interest on this bond.
