water works system of the Town of Louisville ; for the purpose of <br /> paying for the cost of extensions and betterments of the water works <br /> system of the Town of 'Louisvill; and- the necessary expenses connected <br /> with the acquiring and making available of additional water and water <br /> rights to the Town of Louisville, and has been issued under and by <br /> virtue of and in full and strict conformity with the applicable pro- <br /> visions of the Colorado Constitution and the statutes of the State of <br /> Colorado, the particular authority for the issue of this bond being <br /> COLORADO CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE XI, SECTION 8,- and 1939 SESSION LAWS <br /> OF COLORADO, CHAPTER 167, the title of which act is "TO AMEND THE <br /> 6th SUB-DIVISION OF SECTION 10, CHAPTER 163, COLORADO STATUTES <br /> ANNOTATED 1935, RELATING TO THE CONTRACTION OF BONDED INDEBTEDNESS , " <br /> and by Ordinance duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br /> Louisville by ORDINANCE No. 226 and made a law of said Town of <br /> Louisville prior to the issuance of this bond. <br /> It is hereby certified and recorded that all acts and things re- <br /> quired to be done and conditions and things required to exist precedent <br /> to and in the issuance of this bond in order to render the same legal <br /> and valid, have been duly and properly done and did exist in due time, <br /> form and manner as required by law and that the total indebtedness of <br /> said Town of Louisville including that of this bond, exceeds neither <br /> the constitutional nor statutory limitations of the State of Colorado, <br /> and being for water and water works purposes are exempt from the <br /> limitations imposed upon bonds for other purposes. <br /> It is further certified that provision has been made for the levy <br /> and collection of an annual tax sufficient to pay the interest upon <br /> this bond and to discharge the principal thereof when the same becomes <br /> due. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF The Town of Louisville has caused this bond <br /> to be executed in its name and signed by the Mayor of the Town of <br /> Louisville and countersigned by the Treasurer of the Town of Louisville <br /> with the copporate seal of said Town affixed thereto, attested by the <br /> Town Clerk of Louisville and has caused the attached coupons to be <br /> executed with the facsimile signature of the Treasurer of the Town of <br /> Louisville this 1st day of December, 1945. <br /> (SEAL) <br /> JAMES HINDMAN <br /> Mayor of the Town of .Louisville, Colo. <br /> Countersigned: <br /> 'Treasurer of the Town of Louisville, Colo. <br /> Attest : <br /> John A.
