Howard and Levihn denied Mayer's friendly amendment as it was a secondary road. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council amend Howard's motion stating that the landscaping improvements for <br />the road directly abutting the secondary access, as proposed, be completed within 18 months of the <br />issuance of C.O. of the first building completed, seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any discussion on the amendment. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson called for a roll call on the amendment. Motion failed by a 3 - 4 vote with Keany, Howard, <br />Lathrop, and Levihn voting against. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any further discussion on the original motion. <br /> <br /> Keany offered a friendly amendment that the plexiglass covering on the neon signs will be opaque, <br /> not clear, that there will no exposed neon in the signs. <br /> <br /> Howard and seconder Levihn accepted that. <br /> <br /> Keany offered another friendly amendment that after the overlot grading was done, the ovedot <br /> grading would be seeded with native seed so there are no piles of dirt or dirt laying around until Phase <br /> II is completed. <br /> <br /> Howard and seconder Levihn accepted that. <br /> <br /> Sisk offered a friendly amendment that, based upon the representations of the applicants, that there <br /> would be no light spilling off-site. If there is light spillage, the applicants would make and take <br /> corrective actions to effectively keep the lighting contained within the site. <br /> <br /> Howard and seconder Levihn accepted that. <br /> <br /> Roll call was taken on the amended Resolution No. 41. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Mayer <br /> voting against. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 42, SERIES 1997 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOTS <br /> 4 & 5, BLOCK 2 CTC - THE LADLEY BUILDING <br /> <br /> Sisk asked to be excused from this discussion as his law firm represents the architectural firm involved <br /> in this project. <br /> <br /> Lathrop asked to be excused as his son is married to Mr. Ladley's daughter. <br /> <br /> <br />
