Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />May 19, 2008 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />five (35) day period for this violation, with twenty-one (21) days to be held in <br />abeyance for a period of twelve months from the date of the Order, pending no <br />further violations during such period of the Colorado Liquor Code of Regulations, <br />or municipal liquor ordinances of the City of Louisville. The days to be served <br />under this Order shall be served no later than July 31, 2008. The days held in <br />abeyance under the Order are in addition to the seven (7) days held in abeyance <br />under the Order entered April 28, 2008, service of which seven (7) days is not <br />triggered by the Order given the violation that is the subject of the Order occurred <br />February 12, 2008, prior to issuance of the April 28, 2008 Order. Seconded by <br />Carlson. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes, <br />Carlson -yes and Gunning -abstain. Motion approved. <br />B. Renewal Application -The Back Room Brewery, Inc. d/b/a <br />The Back Room -Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 328 S. <br />McCaslin Blvd. <br />Mulvahill commented he asked this item be moved but after discussion on the <br />previous agenda item, felt he was ready to go ahead with renewal. <br />Mulvahill moved the renewal application of the hotel and restaurant liquor license <br />for The Back Room be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Mulvahill -yes, Wilson -yes, Carlson -yes, Rommelfanger -yes and Gunning <br />-yes. Motion approved. <br />Police Department Reports <br />None <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson told members the study session with Council had been moved to July 8, <br />2008. She asked members to continue to think of any items they wish to discuss <br />with Council at that time. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />Attorney Light confirmed the effective date of new legislation for Sunday sales as <br />July 1. <br />Authority Comment <br />Adjournment -Mulvahill moved to adjourn at 7:48 p.m. Wilson seconded.
