Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />November 18, 2019 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />City Attorney Kelly said there were some minor changes and clarifications to the <br />LRC Bylaws: <br />The LRC can set its meeting schedule at the first meeting of each year <br />Process of paying expenses was clarified <br />Clarified that the City Manager is the Director of the LRC <br />Commissioner Baskett moved to approve the changes to the bylaws. <br />Commissioner Tofte seconded the motion <br />All approved. <br />• Items for Next Regular Meeting December 9, 2019 <br />Workplan discussion — Commissioner will send items to City Manager Balser for <br />possible projects and consideration <br />Parcel 0 — GDP amendment before planning commission — allowing for <br />entertainment uses and additional density for retail uses. <br />DELO — ownership being sorted out. Several property tax delinquencies. <br />Request for TIF for downtown. <br />Commissioners Comments: <br />City Manager Balser said there will be a meet and greet with the new Economic Vitality <br />Director in December and an invitation will be sent to Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Adler participated in site visit to Nawatny Ridge. Worthwhile and happy <br />to have more understanding. There will be more opportunities for tours. <br />Commissioner Tofte was thrilled to see something happening at Short St. Staff is <br />pushing CDOT. City Manager Balser will send updated plan and put this item on next <br />agenda. <br />Undergrounding of power lines on Hwy 42? City Manager will check with Public Works. <br />Commissioner Bradfield encourages LRC to tour Nawatny Ridge. City Manager Balser <br />will send tour dates once provided by developers. <br />Commissioner Baskett has visited the site. Visited Leadville — saw microfleece <br />operation. Very exciting use. She wonders what the scope of the LRC is. City Manager <br />Balser suggested adding this to the workplan. <br />Adjourn: The meeting adjourned at 7:56 am. <br />
