PROPOSAL: <br />Final Plat <br />The proposed final plat, The Business Center at CTC Replat J, consolidates Lots 18 & <br />19 into one. The plat maintains the existing 55' conservation easement along the <br />northern edge of the property, which is in addition to a 55' outlot (Outlot E) established <br />by the original plat, providing a 110' buffer between the development and the street right <br />of way. Existing development agreements for the property require that the subdivider or <br />building owner construct the landscaping in that buffer and the building owner or <br />owner's association maintain the landscaping.
