Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Renewal Application- Four Top, Inc., d/b/a Karen's Kitchen- Hotel & Restaurant <br />License - 700 Main St. <br /> <br />Do <br /> <br />Renewal Application - Bungalow Wine & Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Bungalow Wine & Liquors <br />Retail Liquor Store - 645 S. Boulder Rd. <br /> <br />Several errors were found on three of the renewal applications. On the Item VA. - Kaddy Shack <br />application, page 2, line 2, the expiration date of the lease is 01/01/00. The applicant must provide proof <br />of possession of premises through February 3, 2000. Item VD. - page 2, line 2, of the Bungalow Wine <br />& Liquors, Inc. application, the expiration date of the lease is 03/30/99. The applicant must provide <br />proof of possession of premises through March 6, 1999. On Karen's Kitchen renewal application, Item <br />VC, Page 2, line 2, the premises must be marked either owned or rented. <br /> <br />VI. AUTHORITY BUSINESS <br /> <br />Public Heating - New Liquor License Application - 3.2% Beer (OffPremises) Liquor <br />License - Sam's West, Inc., d/b/a Sam's Club #6229, 550 McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Chairman Evans opened the public hearing on the application of Sam's West, Inc., d/b/a Sam's Club <br />#6229 - 550 McCaslin Blvd., Louisville. <br /> <br />The Secretary commented that the application is for a license to sell 3.2% Beer for off premises <br />consumption. Copies of the application have been provided to each Authority member. The application is <br />complete, and fingerprint reports are already on file with state. Public notice of this hearing has been <br />posted and published in accordance with state law. The Secretary stated she was not aware of any reason <br />that would require the Authority to deny the application. <br /> <br />Chairperson Evans opened the public hearing on the application of Sam's West, Inc., d/b/a Sam's Club <br />#6229, Louisville, 3.2% Beer (OffPremises) Liquor License - 550 McCaslin Blvd., Louisville. <br /> <br />The Authority previously set the boundaries of the neighborhood for the license as the current boundaries <br />of the City of Louisville. Chairperson Evans asked if anyone present objected to the boundaries of the <br />neighborhood being the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Being none, the Authority <br />proceeded with the public heating. <br /> <br /> <br />
