Premises. They application form was not fully completed, and a better diagram of the modification was
requested. It was also determined that if these questions could not be resolved prior to the next meeting,
that the applicant be present to address the Authority's questions.

Co

Modify Premises Application - Clover Clan LLC, d/b/a Old Louisville Inn - H & R Liquor
License - 1006 Pine St.

The application is to modify the premises of the Old Louisville Inn for a one-day event planned for St.
Patrick's Day. The modification, of premises consisted of the erection of tents to the south of the existing
building. Two applications to modify the premises were filed, one to modify the premises to permit tents,
the second application to return the premises, after the event, to its original configuration. Several
concerns were addressed, including modifications to the diagrams to illustrate entry and exits. The
Authority stipulated that the applicant contact the Fire Marshall relative to fire safety issues.

Do

Request for Transfer of Retail Liquor Store License - Carli Enterprises, LLC. d/b/a
Centennial Liquors - 324 S. McCaslin Blvd.

Attorney Light introduced the application, which is requesting a transfer from the current licensee for
Centennial Liquors. A copy ora lease was received in the name of the proposed new licensee. That lease
does have a term that satisfied the requirement for the entire period of the liquor license. Light noted that
there were a few omissions in the application materials that could be addressed through conditions. The
transferee is a Limited Liability Company, having two members. On the individual history reports, the
applicants identified their own assets, which do not add up to the total purchase price of the business.
Any loans need to be identified and copies provided to the authority.

Discussion/Motion - Authority Designate Public Place for Posting Notices of Public
Meetings.

F. Discussion/Motion - Louisville Local Licensing Authority 1998 Annual Report.

6
