License (OffPremises) - 520 McCaslin Blvd.

AUTHORITY BUSINESS

Ae

Show Cause Hearing - Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & Grill - Tavern
Liquor License, 935 Pine Street.

Special Prosecutor Steven Barnett presemed the findings of his investigation of the February 1, 1999
disturbance at Henry's Bar & Grill. He reviewed the status of the four individuals cited in the
disturbances and the dispositions of the cases in the municipal court. He noted that two of the defendants
accepted plea bargains, consisting of one year deferred sentences. One defendant was found not guilty at
trial, and the charges against the owner were dismissed. He explained that he was in attendance at the
municipal court trial and heard the testimony of the witnesses. He felt that the witnesses were credible in
their testimony. The trial process revealed that the actual disturbance or fight occurred outside of the
licensed premises, half a block away. With regards to serving a visibly or apparently intoxicated
person(s), the witness did not testify that the parties exhibited signs of intoxication. Given his
investigation and the findings of the municipal court, Special Prosecutor Barnett moved to dismiss the
Order to Show Cause Order against Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry's Bar & Grill.

Be

Designate Boundaries - Set Public Heating on New Brew-Pub License Application - D.
Myers, LLC, d/b/a RedStone Brewery and Grill - 816 Main Street.

Attorney Light stated that the City has received an application for a new Brew-Pub Liquor License.
