Hearing on the alleged liquor violations. <br /> <br />Attorney Light was authorized to prepare an Order and Notice for a Show Cause Hearing and to contact <br />an attorney to represent the Authority as Special Prosecutor. <br /> <br />B. Disturbance at Druid Arms <br /> <br />The Authority reviewed the police reports of the July 6, 1999, disturbance at Druid Arms Tavern. Atter <br />discussion it was determined that there was not probable cause to proceed with a Show Cause Heating <br />on the alleged liquor violations. <br /> <br />C. Disturbance at Gentleman Jim's Bar & Grill <br /> <br />The Authority reviewed the police reports of the July 18, 1999 disturbance at Gentleman Jim's Bar & <br />Grill. The incidem involved two male parties suffering head injuries. One party suffered a severe <br />laceration to the head and was transported to Avista hospital. Police Sergeant Jerry Riggins stated that <br />the police investigation revealed that both individuals exhibited extreme signs of intoxication. <br /> <br />After discussion it was determined that there was probable cause to proceed with a Show Cause Hearing <br />on the alleged liquor violations. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />The Secretary reported that the quarterly liquor training classes are to be held in Lafayette, on <br />Wednesday, July 28, 1999 at 5:30 p.m., and again on Sunday, August 1, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. Notice was <br />sent out to all liquor licensed establishments in Louisville. The training sessions will be conducted by <br />Colorado Department Liquor Enforcement Officer Dave Zemer. <br /> <br />The Secretary also reported that the American Legion had notified her of an officer change and they will <br />be forwarding that information in writing. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
