Disturbance at Bart's Restaurant <br /> <br />The Authority reviewed police reports and discussed the disturbance at Bart's Restaurant. The incident <br />occurred on June 30, 1999 and alleged that a female party had broke into the Mason Jar Restaurant. A <br />police investigation revealed that the party had been drinking at Bart's Restaurant. The female exhibited <br />signs of intoxication and admitted to being intoxicated. She was relayed to her home and released to a <br />sober adult. <br /> <br />After lengthy discussion it was determined that there was probable cause to proceed with a Show Cause <br /> <br /> <br />
