B. A person commits "disorderly conduct" if he or she such person <br />intentionally, knowingly or recklessly: <br />1 �*s er- brawls with another pe .n Fights with another in <br />a public place except in an amateur or professional contest <br />of athletic skill, or <br />2. Makes loud -or an unreasonable noise in a public place or <br />near a private residence that he -or -she such person has no <br />right to occupy; or <br />3. doses or -threatens-another —per-son --or- rRepeatedly, <br />makes coarse and obviously offensive utterances, gestures, <br />or displays in a in a public place or near a private <br />residence that the person has no right to occupy in sue <br />a manner- as to eajase the likelihood of a fight or- bmwl; <br />and the abuse, threat or utterance, gesture, or displa tends <br />ends <br />to incite an immediate breach of the peace; or <br />4. Commits any act which is likely to lead to an immediate <br />breach or disturbance of the peace; or <br />5. Permits any conduct in any house or upon any premises <br />owned or possessed by him such person or under his such <br />person's management or control, and the conduct is <br />within his such person's power to prevent, so that others in <br />the vicinity are disturbed thereby, or <br />6. Not being a peace officer, discharges a firearm in a public <br />place except when engaged in lawful target practice or <br />hunting or the ritual discharge of blank ammunition <br />cartridges as an attendee at a funeral for a deceased person <br />who was a veteran of the armed forces of the United States. <br />9.32.020 Assault (no additional changes to this section of the Code) <br />9.32.92-5-030 Threat of reprisal (no additional changes to this section of the <br />Code) <br />9.32.030 040 Harassment <br />F4 <br />
