Commission upon an affirmative vote of the majority of the members present. All plans, reports and recommendations of the Planning Commission must be approved by at least a majority of the members present for a quorum. Section 3. Public Hearings. The procedures for any public hearing for the Planning Commission shall be set by the Chair of the Planning Commission and shall be in compliance with all State Statutes Municipal Ordinances of the City of Louisville and Louisville Home Rule Charter, as amended. Section 4. Review of meeting start time. The meeting start time of the Planning Commission should be reviewed from time to time. ARTICLE IV Records, Amendments of Bylaws Section 1. Records. City Planning Staff, acting as the agent for the Secretary, shall maintain a file of all studies, plans, reports, recommendations and resolutions made by the Planning Commission in the exercise of its duties. All records of the Planning Commission shall be open to the public during normal business hours. Section 2. Amendment of Bylaws. The Bylaws of the Planning Commission shall be amended only upon the vote of at least five (5) members of the Planning Commission. ARCTICLE V Committees Section 1. The Planning Commission may establish such committees as it deems advisable and assign each committee specific duties or functions. The Chair shall designate the members of each committee and shall name the chair of each committee. The Chair shall fill vacancies on committees as they are created. No members of the Planning Commission shall be required to serve on more than two committees concurrently.
