Commission upon an affirmative vote of the majority of the members present. All plans, <br />reports and recommendations of the Planning Commission must be approved by at least a <br />majority of the members present for a quorum. <br />Section 3. Public Hearings. The procedures for any public hearing for the Planning <br />Commission shall be set by the Chair of the Planning Commission and shall be in compliance <br />with all State Statutes Municipal Ordinances of the City of Louisville and Louisville Home <br />Rule Charter, as amended. <br />Section 4. Review of meeting start time. The meeting start time of the Planning Commission <br />should be reviewed from time to time. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />Records, Amendments of Bylaws <br />Section 1. Records. City Planning Staff, acting as the agent for the Secretary, shall maintain <br />a file of all studies, plans, reports, recommendations and resolutions made by the Planning <br />Commission in the exercise of its duties. All records of the Planning Commission shall be <br />open to the public during normal business hours. <br />Section 2. Amendment of Bylaws. The Bylaws of the Planning Commission shall be <br />amended only upon the vote of at least five (5) members of the Planning Commission. <br />ARCTICLE V <br />Committees <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission may establish such committees as it deems advisable <br />and assign each committee specific duties or functions. The Chair shall designate the <br />members of each committee and shall name the chair of each committee. The Chair shall fill <br />vacancies on committees as they are created.
