Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chair Susan Loo, Secretary Gail Hartman Michael Deborski (arrived at 6:07 PM) Monica Sheets (arrived at 6:07 PM) Tom McAvinew Commission Members Absent: Chris Pritchard, Vice -chair Hank Dalton Staff Members Pr sent: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant Approval of Agenda -' Hartman moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve the agenda.
