8. Apartment buildings: The provisions of this section do not apply to <br />residential lots exclusively used for apartment buildings. <br />B. Definitions: For purposes of this section, the following terms, phrases, words <br />and their derivations shall have the following meanings: <br />1. Improved surface means a surface constructed of concrete, asphalt, <br />brick pavers, or gravel at minimum of two (2) inches in depth having positive <br />drainage. <br />5. Front Yard means the yard between the side lot lines and measured <br />horizontally at right angles from the front lot line to the principal structure. <br />6, Rear Yard means the yard extending between the side lot lines and <br />measured horizontally at right angles to the rear lot line from the rear lot line to the <br />nearest point of the principal structure. <br />7. Side Yard means the yard between a principal structure and the side lot <br />line measured horizontally at right angles to the side lot line from the side lot line to <br />the nearest point of the main principal structure. <br />Sec. 10.20.050. Prohibited uses. <br />No bus, trailer coach, or mobile home, self propelled motorhome trailer or <br />recreational vehicle, each as defined in section 17.20.165 of this code, or any <br />recreational equipment of any kind, shall be used for living, sleeping, or residing on <br />any street or public right-of-way within the city. The foregoing prohibition shall not <br />apply to sleeping within a recreational vehicle for no than fourteen (14) nights within <br />any six-month period, provided such activity otherwise complies will all other <br />provisions of this code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a resolution recommending support of an ordinance <br />which amends certain sections of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code to revise the City's <br />regulations concerning the parking and storage of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, <br />dumpsters, roll -offs and portable storage units <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of May, 2008. <br />By: <br />3 <br />Jeffery S.
