EG. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation and for each calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed. Such fence enclosure shall be six feet in height and shall be constructed in full compliance with this code, including vision clearance requirements. 5 No encroachment: A recreational vehicle or trailer, including any bumpers, hitch apparatus, racks or any other item thereon, shall not encroach into a public street, sidewalk, or public right-of-way, and shall not be parked or stored within any vision clearance area or any sight -restriction area required to be left open for visibility purposes. 6. Rear Yard Setback Requirements: A recreational vehicle or trailer parked or stored in a rear yard shall maintain a setback of five (5) feet from adjoining property lines. 7. Must be upon owner 's property: A recreational vehicle or trailer shall be parked or stored only upon property occupied by the owner of the recreational vehicle or the trailer.
