The entire development consists of 73 <br />acres which includes a total of 350 residential units and 65,650 square foot of commercial retail. <br />The North End Development was reviewed and approved by City Council on December 5, 2006. <br />Block 10 was part of the Final Subdivision Plat, and is to be developed as multi -family <br />residential. <br />
