RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />NEODATA FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO DEMOLISH AND <br />RECONSTRUCT THE EXISTING ACCESSORY BUILDING TO INCORPORATE A <br />SECOND FLOOR FOR A PRODUCTION STUDIO FOR GAIAM. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for an amendment to the Neodata Final PUD Development Plan to demolish and <br />reconstruct the existing accessory building to incorporate a second floor for a production studio for <br />Gaiam; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, subject <br />to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations, the Commercial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines, and other applicable sections of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 11, 2008 where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Reports dated September 11, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the evidence and testimony in the record, the Planning Commission <br />finds that said final PUD should be approved, without condition; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does approve an amendment to the Neodata Final PUD Development Plan to demolish and <br />reconstruct the existing accessory building to incorporate a second floor for a production studio for <br />Gaiam, without condition. <br />Attest: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this l lth day of September, 2008. <br />Susan S.
