Lighting plan has been modified with smaller bulbs to keep lights from the adjoining <br />property. <br />To answer Craig Duffin's comments: <br />Peter has made changes as requested for the preliminary Drainage report and the <br />Preliminary Grading and Drainage Plan <br />PUD Development <br />1. Note was added to address construction acceptance comments. <br />A01 <br />1. Changes were added to label access as a ramp drive with detached walk. <br />2. Water main has been changed to reflect correct location. <br />3. Document was checked and changes were made to the sign location and size, water <br />run down area was added etc. If there are any other discrepancies in documents not <br />found, the preliminary grading and drainage plan shall rule. <br />4. Legend was added for additional symbols. <br />Landscape Plan <br />1. Irrigation plan shall be provided to public works prior to installing system to confirm <br />the system does not irrigate paved surfaces <br />Utility Plan <br />1. Curb stop was located and shown on plan along with water meter. An easement has <br />been shown for water meter maintenance. <br />2. Water main is now shown in correct location. <br />3. The fire line is labeled privately maintained along with the storm sewer stub. Fire <br />main has been located further west to allow for easier access from our own property. <br />Two 22 degree bends have been added with thrust blocks to accommodate this. A <br />label has been added to fire line previously labeled F, which is a 4" line to feed the <br />riser inside the building for the sprinkler system. <br />4. Sanitary sewer marker is show on the plan. <br />5. Permission will be acquired to install the silt fence on the adjoining lot or the silt <br />fence will be relocated on our own property. <br />Hopefully this addresses all of the comments and suggestions your staff has made.
