We think this is a better plan to move the entrance because at the moment, when people walk in and out of the gym, they create quite a bit of noise with music. The proposed improvements will be a good thing for the building itself. Russell is in support. Rice says this is a superior use to what is there currently, and is in support. Pritchard is in support, it goes in the right direction, and it will be less intrusive on the neighbors since hours of operation will be less. For the community, it is a good project. Motion made by Russell to approve Dahlia Office Building, Resolution 16, Series 2015, a resolution recommending approval of an amendment to the Cheng's Place PUD to create a 698 SF addition and new vehicular circulation pattern with one condition and as reflected in the amended final PUD.
