Lq NOVEMBER 29, 1999 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on November 29, 1999, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. The meeting came to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Steve Jeffers, J. Bryan Myers, Bill Kimmett, Marguerite Lipton, Larry Evans (arrived at 7:40 p.m.) Also Attending: Kathleen Kelly, Griffiths, Tanoue & Light, P.C. Nancy Varra, Secretary to the Authority Jerry Riggins, Police Department APPROVAL OF AGENDA ACTION ON MINUTES 10/25/99 Chairperson Jeffers requested a revision to page 2, of the October 25, 1999 minutes, on Item A. of the Authority Business. In the first paragraph, line 6, Chairperson Jeffers requested that the sentence "The person in question, is not a partner in the Louisville Taj Mahal Restaurant," be added. There were no other additions or corrections to the minutes. CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~ii~ii~.~i}~i~ii~i ~!~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
